Designed for mothers and babies from 6 weeks until crawling, these classes combine gentle postnatal yoga, breathwork and relaxation to rebuild strength, restore confidence and support emotional wellbeing.
Babies become part of the practice through songs, playful movement and age-appropriate activities that encourage bonding and development. Parents will also learn simple baby massage and calming techniques to help soothe unsettled babies, support digestion and promote relaxation.

No yoga experience is required—feeding, cuddles, naps and wriggles are all part of the experience.
