Please be aware that April's Community Dance will fall on the fourth week of April

22 April - Ignite the Dance Floor: A Fiery Performance Dance Experience with Claire Hathaway

Following the success of the Theatre Dance session featuring moves from The Greatest Showman, come and join Claire Hathaway for another exhilarating session dancing with the fire.  An eclectic and powerful playlist will carry us through some powerful but very achievable choreography.  Come and shift stagnant energy and engage in some joy through music and dance.  All levels, ages and stages are welcome.

About Claire Hathaway: Claire has been dancing since she was five, growing up in Dunedin she studied ballet, jazz, contemporary and hip hop at the Dunedin School of Dance and went on to teach there while studying at Otago University.  She has since trained and achieved certification as an Embodied Dance teacher, which has become her main dance focus.  She loves dance as a creative expression and believes moving to music is one of the best things you can do for your mind, body and soul.

About Community Dance:

Open to all levels and ages. Come dressed in comfortable clothes, and let’s dance! All welcome – bring a friend! No RSVP required.
