She studied sculpture and object design at Unitec Institute ofTechnology in Auckland and visual arts at Nelson Polytechnic. Over the past twenty years, she has developed various innovative weaving and sculptural techniques inspired by natural forms and processes. Jasmine’s work utilises a range of natural and recycled materials, including flax, rattan, driftwood, willow, copper wire, pumice and sea bull kelp.
