• Entry forms close: Friday 17 October, 5pm
• Work received in person: Friday 24 Oct, 5–7 pm or Saturday 25 Oct, 11 am–3 pm
• Work couriered: Must arrive at Te Atamira between 23-25 October by 1pm, or by prior arrangement with QAS before 20 Oct 2025
• Opening Night: Thursday 30 October, 5-7pm - open to all
• Exhibition dates: Friday 31 October - Friday 28 November 2025
• Work pick-up: Friday 28 November, 5-7pm or Saturday 29 November, 10am-3pm
• Exhibition viewing is free of charge
