Do you have an emergency plan in your household? If a disaster occurred tomorrow, would you have the resources to cope? Get Good & Ready with this free workshop! Runs for an hour from 6:30pm.
Disasters and emergencies can occur anytime and anywhere in New Zealand, often without warning. Being better prepared can help you, your friends, whānau and neighbours when a disaster occurs.
In this workshop we will create a plan to put simple measures in place that will prepare you and your household to better deal with any disasters or emergencies.
New Zealand Red Cross is grateful to partner with Te Atamira to make this free workshop available to Tāhuna Queenstown's diverse artist community, with long-time local and resident artist and Red Cross volunteer Neha Gosalia as facilitator.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in. All resources provided - just bring yourself! Light refreshments offered.
Free to attend but registration is essential. Please reserve your space here.
