A gentle, nurturing space for mums to reconnect with their bodies while bonding with their babies. Running every Wednesday from 22 April - 17 June, book as you go. For mums with babies aged 6 weeks to 4 years old. Run time: 60 minutes.
A gentle, nurturing space for mums to reconnect with their bodies while bonding with their babies. This slow flow yoga class focuses on restoring strength, improving flexibility, and supporting your postnatal recovery in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Babies are welcome to feed, sleep, or play alongside you as you move through calming stretches, breathwork, and grounding exercises. It’s also a beautiful opportunity to meet other mums, share experiences, and take a moment for yourself. Suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience needed.
We will start with some breath work and yoga for around 30/40minutes and then I will leave the last 20 minutes for us to have tea and catchups together, or if you need to feed your self or bubbas e

Mums & baby yoga 6 weeks to 4 years old. Soft play available for moving babies. Every Wednesday 11-12pm until 17 June.
