A gentle 7am meditation practice to cultivate calm, focus, breath awareness, and inner balance before the day begins. Come to one or both Wednesday sessions, from 7:00 - 8:00am

Start your Wednesday morning with a calm and grounding meditation practice at Te Atamira. Through simple guided meditation and practical awareness exercises, we will create space to calm the nervous system, settle the mind, and reconnect with clarity before the day begins.

The session is beginner-friendly and suitable for anyone interested in meditation, mindfulness, stress relief, focus, and conscious living.

What to expect:

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Cushion or blanket if desired
