A calm and practical meditation series to help you reset your body, improve focus, and build simple awareness techniques for everyday life. Suitable for beginners. Come to one or both Sunday sessions. Workshop runs 4:30-5:45pm.

This two-session meditation series offers a calm and practical introduction to meditation, designed to help you reset your body, improve focus, and develop simple awareness techniques for everyday life.

Suitable for adults of all backgrounds, including complete beginners, as well as those with some experience in meditation or yoga who would like to deepen their practice in a simple and grounded way.

Each session combines guided meditation, breath awareness, gentle movement, and moments of stillness. Participants will learn a practical technique that can be continued at home. You are welcome to attend one session or both. Attending both sessions is recommended for a more complete experience.

  • Session 1 — Reset Body & Mind: Focus on releasing physical tension, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with the body through breath and awareness.
  • Session 2 — Attention & Intention: Focus on developing awareness of attention, improving focus, and setting simple intentions for daily life.

What to expect:

  • Simple, guided meditation practices
  • Gentle movement and breath awareness
  • Sound elements (drum and Tibetan bowl)
  • A calm and welcoming environment

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Cushion or pillow
  • Light blanket
  • Bottle of water

About the facilitator: Cesar Carvajal is a meditation practitioner with a background in Kriya Yoga. His approach is simple, practical, and focused on helping people develop awareness and bring it into everyday life.
