Dance has always been my language - a lifelong journey countless styles, performances, and creative expressions. As a former backup dancer and passionate mover, I am endlessly fascinated by the body’s ability to express, transform and connect.

My background in medicine, orthopedic and trauma surgery deepened this fascination, giving me a profound understanding of movement, anatomy and the art of prevention and recovery. In my class I bring these worlds together - helping you explore your body’s full potential, move with intention and unlock the power of rhythm and control with joy.
